Bavaria: Attacker who killed two people from a Mercedes arrested

Bavarian media report that the attacker killed several people in Ansbach, in northern Bavaria. Bavarian Radio 8 reports that an unknown attacker shot a woman from a car, and the Independent writes that a man was also killed in the attack along with the woman, reports the Patria News Agency.

The murdered woman was 84 years old, and the man was reportedly riding a motorcycle when he was killed. In its first statement, the police warned citizens that the attacker was armed and dangerous.

The murdered elderly woman is related to the attacker, WO reports.

Police announced they are searching for a silver Mercedes convertible with license plates AN-W-129, and RT reports that the perpetrator has already been arrested.

Although some local media initially speculated that it was a terrorist attack, there is currently no evidence to confirm such assumptions.
