Banja Luka police arrested a 19-year-old man who threatened another person that he would publish a compromising video on the internet if he was not paid 1,000 BAM.
The man, whose identity has not been released, lost his phone, which contained the video, and which could be compromising for him if it became public. The police did not disclose what type of compromising video it is.
The younger man who found the lost phone demanded that the owner pay him 1,000 BAM if he wanted the phone back.
The Banja Luka police characterized this act as blackmail. The man who threatened to publish the video has been arrested, the police announced, as reported by Patria.
