Man from Banja Luka defrauded vegetable growers of over one million KM

The Criminal Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska has submitted a report to the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka against the director and owner of the company „ITAL VOĆE“, for business fraud.

From the MUP RS, they state that the man entered into contracts with vegetable growers from the Association of Vegetable Growers of the Republic of Srpska and other suppliers, but subsequently failed to fulfill his obligations under the contracts.

- In this way, for the vegetable growers from the Association of Vegetable Growers of the Republic of Srpska, property damage has been established so far in the amount of 178,094.00 KM, and for other suppliers from the Republic of Srpska, the Federation of BiH and Brčko District, property damage in the amount of over 1,000,000 KM - state from the MUP RS, writes Patria.
