Banja Luka: Director evaded taxes in the amount of 24,800 KM

Police officers of the Criminal Police Sector of the Banja Luka Public Security Center today filed a report with the District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka against B.M. (1947) from Banja Luka, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of "Tax and Contribution Evasion" and "Submitting a False Tax Return," the RS Ministry of Interior announced, as reported by the Patria news agency.

Namely, B.M. is suspected of, while conducting business activities as the responsible person and director of a company from Banja Luka, in the period from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2011, avoiding the calculation, reporting, and payment of profit tax prescribed by the tax legislation of the Republika Srpska, thereby causing damage to the Budget of the Republika Srpska in the amount of approximately 24,800 KM, the statement reads.
