This morning, shortly before nine o'clock, an incident occurred in front of the Banja Luka Social Work Center, reports the Patria News Agency.
A man, who said he was from Banja Luka and had been released from prison, cut himself on the arms in front of the Center's building.
According to him, he came to seek help, but since he did not receive any, he injured himself.
The man stated that he has no means of living or a roof over his head. Shortly after the incident, police and an ambulance arrived at the scene, and the man was taken away by the ambulance, ATV reported.
