Palestinians welcomed another Eid al-Fitr in war-torn Gaza, which has been under continuous attacks by the Israeli army since October 7, 2023.
Despite difficult humanitarian and sanitary conditions, believers found a way to mark one of the two most important Muslim holidays.
The Israeli army launched a new wave of airstrikes on the Gaza Strip on March 18, killing more than 920 people, wounding more than 2,000 others, and violating the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement.
According to the Ministry of Health, nearly 50,300 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children, and more than 114,000 have been wounded in the Israeli genocide in Gaza since October 2023.
The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing a genocide lawsuit before the International Court of Justice.
