Airline Lufthansa still cannot contact some of the close family members of Ferhet Smailagić, who died in a plane crash yesterday in the south of France, the BH news agency Patria has learned from this company.
An Airbus A320 with 144 passengers and six crew members crashed in the Digne region, in the south of France, in the Alpine area.
The plane was owned by Germanwings and was flying on the Barcelona-Düsseldorf route.
Germanwings is a German low-cost airline and is wholly owned by Eurowings, in which Lufthansa has a 49 percent stake and where, by mutual agreement, Lufthansa exercises operational control.
- We are trying to reach someone from the family of the deceased Smailagić, but no one is answering the numbers we have – Patria was told by Lufthansa.
As Patria unofficially learned, Lufthansa is looking for a certain Jasmin, who is allegedly the son of the deceased Ferhet.
