Attraction for visitors: "Zenica tumbler" of fako color presented for the first time

Organized by the Association of Citizens for Breeding and Protection of Small Animals, three exhibitions opened today in Zenica: the 30th Intercity Exhibition of Birds, Pigeons, Ornamental Poultry, Rabbits, and Aquarium Fish "Zenica 2015", the 3rd Special Exhibition of "Zenica Tumbler" breed pigeons, and the 10th Special Exhibition of "Budapest Highflyer - Pertl" pigeons, reports a reporter from the Patria News Agency.

The exhibitions will be open throughout the weekend, and as is the case every year, students from Zenica schools and kindergartens will visit them as part of organized tours.

As the organizers stated, around 380 birds and other small animals are currently being judged, and they are satisfied with the interest shown by the citizens of Zenica on the first day.

The exhibition features the indigenous Zenica tumbler of fako color for the first time, representing an attraction of the exhibition.

-I had all the colors of tumblers, then I also created the fako color, which we didn't have. Five years of effort have finally paid off, and I managed to create one of the most beautiful and sought-after colors in the world. So far, I have presented two collections that have received positive evaluations from judges. It is an attractive pigeon, and those who haven't had the chance to see it before immediately become interested in this breed, which speaks volumes about its popularity, Salih Bošnjak, one of the members of the Association of Citizens for Breeding and Protection of Small Animals, told us.
