Instead of SIPA, the Coordination Directorate of BiH Police Bodies, headed by Mirsad Vilić, will provide assistance to the BiH Court Police in trials at the BiH Court, the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) has learned from sources close to the BiH Court.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH (SIPA) informed the BiH Court a few days ago that it is unable to provide assistance to the Court Police in trials at this judicial institution.
SIPA explained that the reason for this decision is the increase in tasks and duties within SIPA's legal jurisdiction.
SIPA has also cancelled the security of searches in the "Turković" case, writes NAP.
