ASA Banka will not raise interest rates by the end of the year

(Patria) - Although the trend of rising reference interest rates continues and is inevitable in the environment, especially following EURIBOR, ASA Banka remains consistent with its mission of supporting the BiH economy and its population, and in accordance with this, a decision has been made that interest rates for clients will not be raised in this Bank by the end of the year.

"As a domestic bank, we stand behind our statements and are of the opinion that everyone must bear part of the burden at this moment. This is another strong message from domestic capital and efficient management of liquidity and deposits, which represents additional security and stability for the BiH market. Currently, given the position of liquidity and deposit prices, this step can still wait, which is what we will do," stated the President of the Management Board of ASA Banka, Samir Mustafić.
