By purchasing shares on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange from ZIF Naprijed Sarajevo, AS GROUP from Tešanj became the majority owner of Klas d.d. Sarajevo with a total of 63 percent of shares.
However, the company "AS" is now initiating the procedure for publishing a Tender offer, as required by the Law on the Securities Market, to acquire the remaining shares up to 100 percent.
For the remaining 36.8161 percent of Klas shares, which AS does not own, a price of 6.40 KM per share is offered, at which price the previous 63 percent of shares were also purchased.
