
Tešanj-based AS Holding d.o.o. purchased 8.6277 percent of the shares of Tuzla's Solana (43,680 shares), Rusmir Hrvić, CEO of AS Group, confirmed for Patria agency.
With 4.6777 percent of Solana shares already owned by AS d.o.o. Jelah-Tešanj, the AS Group now owns a total of 13.3 percent of Solana shares.
The Biznisinfo portal writes that the AS Group is now the largest shareholder within Solana, after ZIF BIG investment group, which owns about 20.8 percent of shares.
Within the AS Group, Klas, Sprind, Vispak, part of Agrokomerc, and several other large Bosnian companies are already operating successfully, which the AS Group saved from bankruptcy and brought back to the Bosnian and foreign markets in a big way.
Solana is one of the oldest companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has been operating since 1885. Tuzla salt is sold in the markets of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo.
