Armenian Bishop Galstanyan calls on citizens for four-day protests

(Patria) - Leader of the Armenian opposition movement Tavush for Homeland, Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, called on his supporters to gather for acts of disobedience on June 10 and to protest for 96 hours in order to "impose their will" on the authorities, the Russian agency TASS reported last night.

- Today we must make a decision. We can solve the problem if from tomorrow we take to the streets for four consecutive days to tirelessly impose our will - he said at a rally in Yerevan broadcast by local television stations.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is facing discontent from part of the population, as well as from part of the opposition that is oriented towards Moscow. Pashinyan is a pro-Western politician.
