Andelija at the Helm of Elektroprivreda BiH, Changes Also in the Financial Police

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The FBiH Government has given prior consent to the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda HZHB d.d. Mostar for the dismissal of members of the Management Board - executive directors, due to the expiration of their mandates, and for the appointment to these positions, for a mandate period of four years, of Zoran Tabak (executive director for electricity production), Ilija Bakalar (executive director for electricity distribution), Ivica Prskalo (executive director for electricity supply), Ante Tutiš (executive director for economic affairs), Robert Lesko (executive director for legal affairs) and Drago Bago (executive director for development).

The Federal Government has given prior consent to the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo for the dismissal of members of the Management Board of this company, due to the expiration of their mandates, as well as for
the appointment of Admir Andelija as acting general director, and acting executive directors Senad Sarajlić (for production), Ružica Burić (for legal affairs and human resources),
Senad Salkić (for capital investments), Muhamed Ražanica (for economic affairs), Elvir Lojić (for distribution) and Zlatan Planinčić (for supply and trade), for a period of up to 90 days, i.e., until the completion of the competition procedure.

The Government has given prior consent for the appointment of Alem Omerhodžić and Kadrija Kolić as acting members of the Supervisory Board of the company UNIS Ginex d.d. Goražde, on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than three months. Prior consent was also given for the dismissal from duty of members of the Supervisory Board of BNT-TMiH d.d. Novi Travnik, due to the expiration of their mandates, as well as for the proposal to appoint Emir Letić and Lejla Skopljak as acting holders of these duties, on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than three months.

Prior consents were given for the dismissal from duty of members of the Supervisory Board of Binas d.d. Bugojno, due to the expiration of their mandates, as well as for the proposal that, on behalf of state capital, these duties, until the
completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than three months, be assumed by Mehrid Omerinović and Orhan Burek.

Prior consents were also given for the dismissal from duty of members of the Supervisory Board of Pretis d.d. Vogošća, due to the expiration of their mandates, and for the appointment of Mehmed Konaković and Sanjin Čekić as acting holders of these duties, on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than three months.

After prior consent to the Supervisory Board of Operator - Terminals of the Federation d.o.o. Sarajevo for the dismissal of the current acting president of the Management Board and member of the Management Board, the Government gave prior consent for the appointment of Hermedin Zornić as president, and Slaven Zeljko as member of the Management Board of this company, for a mandate period of four years.

Criteria were also established for announcing a public competition for the selection and appointment of the Management Board of the financial-informatics agency, and a Commission for conducting the competition procedure was appointed.

After today dismissing Zufer Dervišević, due to meeting the legal conditions for retirement, from the position of chief inspector of the Financial Police, effective as of April 13, 2020, the Government appointed Amel Topalović as acting holder of this duty, for a period of up to three months, i.e., until the completion of the competition procedure, and in accordance with the Law on Civil Service in the FBiH.

The Federal Government has given prior consent to the Supervisory Board of JP Roads of the Federation of BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for the dismissal of acting members of the Management Board of this company, and for the appointment of Ljubo Pravdić as acting director, and Nijaz Hadžikadunić and Bekir Isaković as executive directors, until the completion of the competition procedure, but no longer than a period of 12 months.
