Americans robbed at Yellow Bastion, documents, money, and camera stolen

On Tuesday around 4:20 PM in Jekovac street, Old Town Sarajevo municipality, near the Yellow Bastion, two citizens of the United States of America were robbed at knifepoint, writes the BH news agency Patria.

During the incident, unknown persons, threatening with a knife, stole a digital camera and a bag with money and documents, and then fled in an unknown direction.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed about the above, and police officers are working on clarifying the mentioned criminal offense, identifying and finding the perpetrators.

Otherwise, tourists often visit this part of Sarajevo from where the Yellow Bastion offers a beautiful view of the capital city, and thieves lurk for foreign tourists to rob them.
