Americans delighted with Bosnian restaurant in Pittsburgh

Among several restaurants in Pittsburgh (USA) is a Bosnian one owned by Mediha and Dino Čehić, originally from Prijedor, who also sell some food items characteristic of BiH and the countries of the region, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

The Čehić family came to the USA 21 years ago, and their restaurant is very popular due to Bosnian food, even though there are Chinese, Polish, Hungarian... restaurants nearby.

Although the name Fredo's Market doesn't have much to do with Bosnia and Herzegovina, the owners kept that name for easier memorization. The BiH flag is also visible in the display window.

In their offer, the Čehićs have ćevapi, beef, veal, sudžukice which they serve with homemade lepinja, and the indispensable potato pie, cheese pie, spinach pie, and burek. For drinks, they serve Cocta and Jupi juices, and in a short time, they have won over everyone who has been coming to satisfy their hunger for five years.

All guests have the opportunity to buy homemade jams, teas, spices, ajvar...
