US Congressman Warns: There Are Serious Threats to US National Security

(Patria) - Chairman of the US House Intelligence Committee Mike Turner says he has information regarding a serious threat to US national security.

Turner sent an email to members of Congress yesterday, stating that the Committee he leads has urgent and classified information about "destabilizing foreign military capabilities."

The Republican congressman did not provide further details regarding this alleged threat.

US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters at the White House that he will meet with Turner and several other congressmen responsible for intelligence matters on Thursday. However, he also did not disclose any details regarding Turner's claims.
