(Patria) - The United States has surveillance drones over Gaza in search of hostages taken by Hamas when it attacked Israel on October 7, two US officials stated, as reported by Reuters.
The two US officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that drones are collecting intelligence over Gaza to help find the hostages.
One of the officials said that drone flights have been conducted for over a week.
US officials said that ten Americans who remain missing could be among the more than 200 people taken hostage in Gaza, where they are believed to be held in Hamas's extensive tunnel network.
