Operation Urban: One-month detention for four individuals, three released with restrictive measures

Due to the danger of influencing witnesses and accomplices, uncovering evidence, and the risk of public disturbance if the suspects remain at liberty, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has ordered one-month detention for Fahrudin Oručević, Kenan Softić, Narcis Behlilović, and Irfan Turković, writes Patria.  

Nedžad Bubica, Enes Begović, and Lamija Maglić-Tajić have been released with restrictive measures: prohibition of leaving the country, prohibition of meeting with witnesses, and the obligation to report to the competent police authority.

The Cantonal Court made these decisions based on the proposal of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office. Seven suspects were arrested in Operation Urban, carried out by members of SIPA.
