Action by Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, OSA, and SIPA: 52 kg of cocaine seized in Sarajevo

(Patria) - Authorized officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, in cooperation with members of OSA and SIPA, found and temporarily seized 52 kilograms of a powdery substance that resembles the narcotic drug cocaine in appearance and color.

Field activities were carried out on Saturday, January 21, 2023, in the area of Sarajevo. Members of OSA and SIPA joined the officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority. During this operation, 52 kilograms of a powdery substance were found and temporarily seized, which resembles the narcotic drug cocaine in appearance and color.

Field activities were carried out under the instructions of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and by order of the Court of BiH. After the field activities were completed, the entire case was handed over to the jurisdiction of OSA and SIPA members.
