SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In today's operation by the Sarajevo police, which conducted searches at multiple locations, E.B. and R.M. from Sarajevo were deprived of their liberty by police officers of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
Five more individuals were brought to official premises and are currently undergoing criminal investigation.
During the searches conducted, police officers have so far found and seized: a certain quantity of drugs (heroin, speed, and marijuana), as well as several phones, grinders, a vacuum sealing machine, digital scales, and money, which will serve as evidence in criminal proceedings.
In addition to the searches at the previously mentioned six locations, searches will continue at several more locations in the area of Sarajevo Canton throughout the day. All activities are being carried out under the direct supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, and more information will be known after they are fully completed.
