Operation Transporter: One more person arrested, handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - As part of the operational action „Transporter“ today, 19 November 2021, at the Gradiška border crossing, a person with initials R.T. from Gradiška was deprived of liberty by members of the GP Gradiška.     

The person was handed over to police officers of the Administration for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, who, after criminal processing, escorted the person to the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

Incidentally, in the Transporter action, several persons were arrested, and the BiH Court ordered a one-month detention for the suspects: Bojan Cvijetić, Aleksandar Nikolić, Saša Rađević, Mladen Milovanović, Ivan Jurić and Dragan Kresojević ordered a detention measure.

"Detention under this decision may last a maximum of one month, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty, i.e., from 16 November 2021 to 16 December 2021, or until a new decision of the Court. Detention was ordered due to the existence of special detention reasons prescribed by Article 132, paragraph 1, points a), b) and c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH for all suspects, namely due to the risk of flight, fear that they will destroy or conceal evidence, and influence witnesses, and fear that they will repeat or complete the attempted criminal offense.

Bojan Cvijetić, Aleksandar Nikolić, Saša Rađević, Mladen Milovanović, Ivan Jurić and Dragan Kresojević are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of organized crime under Article 250, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in connection with the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195, paragraph 1 of the CC BiH", the BiH Court stated.
