OPERATION TRANSPORTER: OSA officer arrested in Banja Luka, linked to Bojan Cvijetić's cartel

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Members of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior have arrested OSA officer Robert Radonjić, Istraga.ba learns.

Radonjić was arrested by order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the operation “Transporter”.

He is linked to the group of Bojan Cvijetić, who is suspected of drug trafficking.

When Bojan Cvijetić was arrested at the end of last year, one of the documents of the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina was found during a search of his premises. It is suspected that this document was given to him by Robert Radonjić, an OSA officer who worked in the Banja Luka office.

Media from the RS report that an operation is underway in Banja Luka, and that four people have been arrested. They state that among those arrested there are employees of BiH institutions.

Searches of residential buildings and vehicles used by the suspects are underway. After criminal processing, those arrested will be brought to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The mentioned persons were arrested due to reasonable suspicion that, in the past period, as members of organized criminal groups, they committed several criminal offenses.
