(Patria) - A rescue operation is underway for an injured mountaineer on Prenj mountain in the locality of Lupoglav. The mountaineer from Jablanica participated in the Memorial March "Lupoglav 2020" which today involved more than two hundred people.
A fall occurred when the mountaineer slipped, sustaining multiple injuries. The FUCZ Operational Centre immediately requested the deployment of a helicopter, and FUCZ members immediately headed to the helicopter landing site in Sarajevo to undertake all necessary actions for the safe transport of the injured mountaineer to the hospital.
Members of the GSS stations in FBiH immediately headed to the field to assist the injured mountaineer.
