SIPA Operation in Lukavac: Pistol, rifle, mine found in car...

(Patria) - Acting on orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (April 28, 2021) searched a location in the municipality of Lukavac due to grounds for suspicion of a criminal offense under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Unauthorized Trafficking of Weapons and Military Equipment and Dual-Use Products.".

During the search of a passenger vehicle and residential premises, SIPA police officers discovered and temporarily seized a pistol, a rifle, a rifle cumulative mine, a mobile phone, and other items that may serve as evidence in criminal proceedings.

SIPA police officers will prepare appropriate reports on the execution of these orders, which, along with attachments, will be submitted to the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. These activities were carried out in cooperation with police officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton.
