SIPA's 'Pilot' Operation: Searches at Nine Locations

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (04/26/2022), as part of the operational action "Pilot", in the area of Šamac, Modriča, Odžak and Pelagićevo, began searching residential buildings and movable property at nine locations.

The aforementioned activities are being carried out due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that criminal offenses of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" and "Usury" prescribed by the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska have been committed.

The searches are being conducted by order of the District Court in Doboj and under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Doboj, with the assistance of police officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Posavina Canton, and the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Considering that the searches are still ongoing, the public will be informed about the final outcome of the operational action later.
