SIPA's Operation Cash: One legal entity and four individuals targeted for tax evasion

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today (22.11.2022) launched an operational action "Cash" in the area of Tuzla, within which searches of the premises of one legal entity and four individuals are being conducted.

These activities are being carried out due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that criminal offenses of "Tax Evasion" and "Abuse of Authority in Business Operations" have been committed, as prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The searches are being conducted under the order of the Municipal Court in Tuzla and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Tuzla.

Considering that the searches are ongoing, the public will be informed about the final outcome later.
