(Patria) - By order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, SIPA members, in cooperation with Europol, have been conducting an operation across BiH since this morning targeting international cocaine smugglers. A similar operation is being conducted in several countries. The main target in BiH is HVO General Zdravko Šagolj Piske, suspected of smuggling large quantities of cocaine into BiH. He is linked to Srđan Jezdimir, who was arrested in Ecuador, reports Istraga.ba
Incidentally, Šagolj was also arrested in April this year in the "Paravan" operation, and along with two other detainees, he was suspected of organized crime related to the smuggling of large quantities of the narcotic drug 'cocaine' from abroad into the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the smuggling and sale of automatic weapons and other armaments and ammunition intended for distribution on the illegal market in BiH, the BiH Prosecutor's Office stated at the time.
