(Patria) - In the area of Bijeljina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) carried out the operational action "Princ", during which they deprived three individuals of their liberty, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Organized Crime" in conjunction with the criminal offenses of "Human Smuggling" from the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Fraud" from the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and "Fraud" from the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.
The deprived individuals were taken to SIPA premises for criminal processing and questioning as suspects.
The activities of SIPA police officers were carried out in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
