As part of Operation Justice, carried out since this morning by members of the Federal Police Administration with the support of the MUP RS and upon the order of the KS Prosecutor's Office, searches are underway at about 40 locations in BiH and 20 in Croatia under the supervision of USKOK, writes Patria agency.
Searches are underway in several offices in Sarajevo municipalities, the Municipal Court of Sarajevo, the KS Planning Institute, and dozens of individuals are included in the investigation due to the criminal offenses of "Organized Criminal Group" from Article 342, paragraph 2, in connection with the criminal offenses of "Abuse of Office or Authority" from Article 383, paragraph 3, "Violation of Law by a Judge" from Article 357, "Money Laundering" from Article 272, paragraph 2, and "Fraud" from Article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As Patria learns, in one of the municipalities, the office of the property-legal service is being searched.
Among those arrested is Alija Delimustafić, former Minister of Internal Affairs of RBiH, and Juso Škrijelj, who registered several companies in East Sarajevo for various activities, including real estate sales. It is precisely for this reason that the offices of certain municipal services are being searched.
All detained persons will be held for 24 hours at the FUP for criminal processing and will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the KS Prosecutor's Office.
