SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of KS proposed one-month custody for seven suspects arrested in the operation codenamed "Mediator" to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.
Custody was proposed for them due to the danger that they might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the danger of re-offending. Measures of prohibition were proposed for the eighth suspect.

During the searches, a larger number of COVID certificates and PCR tests were discovered and temporarily confiscated, as well as other items that could serve as evidence that criminal offenses prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina were committed.
These include criminal offenses of association for the commission of criminal offenses, receiving gifts or other benefits, giving gifts or other benefits, giving rewards or other benefits for trading in influence, forgery of documents, obstruction of evidence, abuse of position or authority, giving false testimony, and forgery of official documents.
