MUP RS Operation: Border Police Officer Among Those Arrested, Disclosed Official Secrets

(Patria) - Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, under the supervision of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, arrested four individuals today in the areas of Gradiška and Banja Luka.

Individuals M.L., R.R., S.R., and D.P. were arrested on suspicion that, as members of an organized criminal group in the past period, they committed the criminal offenses of organized crime, unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs, illegal trafficking of excise products, disclosure of secret information, and abuse of position or authority, it was announced from the MUP of Republika Srpska.

Searches of locations used by the suspects are underway, and the individuals will be brought to the BiH Prosecutor's Office after criminal processing.

All the aforementioned measures and actions are being carried out within the framework of the operations "Transporter" and "Storidž".

Among those arrested are an officer of the OSA and an officer of the BiH Border Police.
