SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the coded operation "City", currently being carried out by the MUP KS and the KS Prosecutor's Office at multiple locations in Sarajevo, five individuals have been arrested and handed over to the MUP KS. The operation is still ongoing, and 11 locations have been searched. Drugs, weapons, money, and mobile phones were found during searches of apartments used by the suspects.
This is the result of a five-month investigation aimed at dismantling a criminal group accused of multiple offenses including "procurement of prostitution, illegal possession of weapons, and drug trafficking". One police officer is among those arrested.
