OPERATION 'MARKET' IN Banja Luka, six people arrested: One kilogram of cocaine, a larger amount of money, and a pistol seized

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of RS this morning, within the operational action codenamed "Market", arrested six people in the area of Banja Luka due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they have committed criminal offenses of "Organized Crime" in connection with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs".

The individuals were arrested during the handover of narcotic drugs, and approximately one kilogram of cocaine, a larger amount of money intended for the payment of the narcotic drugs, and a pistol were seized on that occasion.

Searches of several vehicles and locations used by the arrested persons are currently underway.

All activities are being carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and by orders of the Court of BiH.
