OPERATION MADAGASCAR SIPA arrests dealer in Modriča area

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In continuation of the international operational action codenamed "Madagascar", which is aimed at dismantling an organized group involved in the unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) arrested one person this morning (January 23, 2020).

By undertaking operational-tactical measures and actions, SIPA police officers located the said person in the Modriča area, after which they were arrested and handed over to the further jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, SIPA announced.

The aforementioned activities were carried out by order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
