OPERATION KONAK House searches of Raković's family home, suspicion of obstruction of justice

BIHAĆ, (Patria) - Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched the family home where the parents of the arrested BiH Border Police officer and president of the BiH Border Police Cadet Admission Commission Rejhan Raković live in Bihać.

The search is being conducted under a court order, and Rejhan Raković's parents are suspected of obstructing justice and influencing witnesses.

We remind you that Raković was arrested on September 24, just a few days after the list of 150 admitted cadets was published. 100,000 KM and candidate lists were found with him. He was remanded in custody, and Ensar Salčinović and Kenit Čakić were also arrested.

They were immediately remanded in custody for one month, which was extended for another two months after that period expired.

They are charged with abuse of position, receiving gifts and other benefits, and receiving rewards for trading in influence.

Allegedly, 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 KM were taken for cadet admission, depending on the position.

To date, the list has neither been annulled nor confirmed, and the entire process has been halted. BiH Border Police Director Zoran Galić suspended Raković and removed him from the position of Commission President.
