Operation 'Kasa 2': Searches at 11 locations in Pale and Jahorina

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) this morning (April 12, 2019) began the implementation of an operational action codenamed "Kasa 2". The action is being carried out under the orders of the Basic Court in Sokolac and the District Public Prosecutor's Office in East Sarajevo.

"Searches of individuals, residential and business premises are underway at a total of 11 locations in the Pale and Jahorina areas, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the suspected persons in this case have committed the criminal offenses of 'Tax Evasion and Contributions' from Article 264, Paragraph (1) of the RS Criminal Code, in connection with Article 39 of the RS Criminal Code, and 'Computer Fraud' from Article 410, Paragraph (1) of the RS Criminal Code, in connection with Articles 37 and 56 of the RS Criminal Code. More information on the results of the operational action 'Kasa 2' will be known after the completion of the aforementioned activities," SIPA announced.

Investigators are at the catering facilities Bob Exclusive (road to Trebević) and Restoran Toplik in East Sarajevo.
