SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Mountain Rescue Service, Mostar station, today conducted a rescue operation on the peaks of Prenj mountain for a foreign citizen, and a helicopter was engaged for the operation.
Upon receiving the call for help, GSS Mostar station engaged 10 mountain rescuers in the field, and other GSS FBiH stations were on standby.
The incident involved an accident that occurred in the afternoon on the peak of Erač on Prenj, and foreign citizen Z. M. requested assistance.
The injured person's life is not in danger.
Upon the request of GSS FBiH, an EUFOR helicopter was deployed, which enabled a faster transport of the injured person.
