GSS OPERATION: Lost in the Tajani area yesterday, found disoriented and hypothermic this morning

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Mountain Rescue Service - Zavidovići concluded the search operation this morning around 9:30 AM, which began yesterday evening with the discovery of the missing person in the Tajani area.

The person, identified by initials I.T. (43) from Kakanj, had gotten lost and was found without injuries, slightly disoriented, dehydrated, and hypothermic.

The call was made in the afternoon by friends of the missing person who was hiking in the Tajani area and from whom all trace was lost.

Ten rescuers from GSS Zavidovići and the Kakanj Rescue Club participated in the operation, and other GSS FBiH stations were on standby.

The Professional Firefighting Unit of Kakanj also provided support in the search.
