SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Members of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska entity for organized and serious crime have arrested several individuals in an operation codenamed "Golub", and searches are underway at multiple locations in the areas of Pale, Foča, and Travnik.
The suspects are charged with committing the criminal offense of organized crime in connection with unauthorized trafficking of drugs and unauthorized trafficking of weapons and military equipment, as well as dual-use products, from 2019 to the present day, it was announced from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The operation is being carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and by orders of the Court of BiH.
Activities are being carried out in cooperation with the police administrations of Foča and Istočno Sarajevo, as well as with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Central Bosnia Canton.
