Ajna Đukić charged with murdering her mother in Sarajevo's Višnjik neighborhood

(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against Ajna Đukić for the criminal offense of murder.

The accused is charged with killing her mother, with whom she lived in Sarajevo's Višnjik neighborhood, in their apartment around midnight between June 17 and 18.

She inflicted multiple stab wounds to the chest of her mother, who was on a corner sofa in the living room, with a knife.

In the indictment, the prosecuting prosecutor proposed to the court the extension of Ajna Đukić's pre-trial detention.

For the main hearing, it is proposed to hear six witnesses, six experts, and present about 50 material pieces of evidence.
