Ahmed al Ahmad managed to disarm one attacker in Sydney and take his rifle, renowned journalist Piers Morgan paid tribute to him

At least 12 people were killed and 29 injured in the mass shooting on Bondi Beach in Sydney. The shooting was reportedly aimed at a Jewish event for Hanukkah, the festival of lights.

Australian police confirmed that 12 people were killed in the attack, including one of the attackers. Several police officers who responded to the scene were also injured.
