Agency for Management of Confiscated Property renames Hotel Emiran to Walter

(Patria) - Hotel Emiran, one of the facilities temporarily managed by the Federal Agency for Management of Confiscated Property, is now called Walter. Namely, the criminal proceedings against the owner of the company Emiran d.o.o. are negatively affecting the attraction of as many guests as possible. Let's recall that the company Emiran d.o.o., whose main activity is providing hotel services, was entrusted to the Federal Agency for management by a decision of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo dated January 12, 2017.

Given that the Federal Agency, during the temporary management of confiscated property, must preserve the value of the property entrusted to it, and if possible, increase that value, the hotel management, appointed by this agency, decided to rebrand and change the hotel's name in order to improve the hotel's business.

"In addition to changing the name, in order to achieve greater market competitiveness, the quality of hotel services is being raised, and the offer is being expanded. Such activities represent a new concept of managing entrusted property. The new hotel name avoids association with the ongoing criminal proceedings in the public eye among potential clients, and thus better business is expected to be achieved.
The name of the company "Emiran d.o.o." remains unchanged, it was announced by the Federal Agency for Management of Confiscated Property.
