AC Food Continues with Export Records: Tops, Maza, and Petit Open New Markets

(Patria) - Bosnian and Herzegovinian food industry AC Food will record export results this year as well, with a 26% increase compared to last year's 2018. For comparison, last year 2018 was also more successful for this company in exports by 50% compared to 2017. This continues the trend of increasing exports, which has been further boosted by opening new markets for
brands such as Tops, Maza, and Petit.

“Judging by the orders, we can already say that our plans for this year have been fulfilled. The biscuit Tops achieves the largest export growth. After the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this favorite brand sells the most in the Croatian market. Also, we have significant growth in Petits in Croatia. Export growth has been accompanied by innovations, the introduction of new brands and products, as well as additional sales
activities.

In a relatively short period, we have opened new markets, namely in Montenegro, Serbia, Austria, the USA, and the United Arab Emirates. We are recording additional demand for our products in these countries and in the retail chains Konzum, Kaufland, Metro, and Tommy. Also, it should be noted that the cream spread Maza is recording growth in the markets of the USA, Austria, Serbia, and Montenegro. Maza has been additionally listed in the Croatian market, besides Kaufland, and now also in KTC”, explain AC Food company representatives.

AC Food states that negotiations are underway regarding listing Maza in an additional 180 Konzum stores in Croatia. The production line for Petit is already operating in three shifts
for Kaufland, and the production capacities for biscuits and petit biscuits are completely filled until the end of the year. AC Food was founded in 2017, is a member of AS Holding, and was established as a company that took over the production of Agrokomerc brands. Its export orientation makes this company particularly important for increasing the competitiveness and development of the Bosnian and Herzegovinian food industry.
