27 new investments in Ilidža

(Patria) - At the invitation of the municipal mayor Nermin Muzur, a meeting was held today with investors who have submitted requests for investment and issuance of necessary documentation to the Municipality of Ilidža in the past period.

A total of 27 new investments of various natures are planned in the coming period in the municipality - from business buildings, residential buildings, educational institutions, production facilities, etc.

It is worth highlighting that just one of the mentioned investments, the launch of a production facility, will create 100 new jobs in the municipality of Ilidža.

Mayor Muzur invited investors to cooperate and improve mutual communication in order to jointly create better conditions for investment in the municipality of Ilidža. He also emphasized that the Municipality will provide all necessary support in administrative processes, in order to collect all necessary documentation for the realization of their investments in the shortest possible time, in accordance with legal regulations.

"I want to thank all of you for choosing the municipality of Ilidža as a place to realize your projects and investments. The goal is to create additional facilities for the local community through continuous work and mutual cooperation, which will be in the interest of both investors and the citizens of the municipality. It is very important for us to act through joint capacities and to be socially responsible towards our local community in order to grow and progress together," said Mayor Muzur.

Furthermore, Mayor Muzur invited all investors and companies to provide support in the development of culture and sports, both for young talents from Ilidža, as well as for sports clubs, cultural and artistic societies, and others who achieve successful results through their activities and contribute to the development and promotion of the local community.

Investors thanked Mayor Muzur for the reception and highlighted positive experiences in cooperation with the municipal administration regarding the requests they submitted for the issuance of necessary documentation.

In the previous four months, a total of 120 building permits, 135 urban planning consents, and 75 usage permits were issued, and a total of 1249 requests were processed and considered through administrative procedures and other acts within the jurisdiction of the Service for Spatial Planning.

All issued permits are in accordance with legal and planning regulations, which is proof that the local community can be systematically built and developed.
