Zvizdić: We will raise the issue of the constitutionality of the Law on Management of State Property of Croatia

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić said tonight on Dnevnik D of Federal Television that he will raise the issue of the constitutionality of the Law on Management of State Property recently adopted by the Croatian Parliament.

"We will use all legal possibilities to raise the issue of the constitutionality of the adopted law and to protect our property," Zvizdić said, reports Patria agency.

The Croatian Parliament adopted the Law on Management of State Property, according to which Croatia can also dispose of the property of Bosnia and Herzegovina located on the territory of Croatia. This concerns the property of former BiH companies, which were mostly shut down after the breakup of Yugoslavia.

"I am surprised by Croatia's stance," Zvizdić said, adding that this stance does not correspond with statements from Croatia that they are friends of BiH.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers reminded that BiH returned property to Croatia, and that he expected Croatia to act in the same way, but, he said, that did not happen.
