Muslims around the world are celebrating Kurban Bayram today, writes the Patria News Agency.
Numerous Muslims in Macedonia celebrated one of the biggest Islamic holidays, and the festive Bayram event was held at the Mustafa Pasha Mosque in Skopje.
Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev also attended the Bayram prayer and the Bayram sermon.
Zaev wished Muslims in Macedonia a happy holiday and that they spend it in peace and joy with their loved ones.
According to CIA data from 2002, about 33 percent of Muslims live in Macedonia.
