(Patria) - Former Croatian Minister of Defence Mario Banožić is still in the intensive care unit, Jutarnji list unofficially learns.
His condition is stable and slowly improving. He is communicating better, but still does not remember the accident.
Doctors believe there is a possibility he may never remember it.
According to unofficial information, his family is visiting him in the hospital.
As a reminder, Banožić hit a van coming from the opposite direction with his car on Saturday around 6:15 AM.
Goran Šarić died in that accident, and Banožić was seriously injured and is in the Osijek hospital.
