Zdravko Krsmanović and Žarko Korać: Serbia speaks of BiH's integrity, but stays silent when Dodik destroys the state

Member of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Zdravko Krsmanović, appearing on N1 television's Pressing show, said he dreams of Bosnia and Herzegovina being in the European Union. When asked if he dreams of an independent RS entity in BiH, as Milorad Dodik claims, Krsmanović said he dreams of Bosnia and Herzegovina being in the EU, a functional state, every BiH citizen being equal, and living well.

"BiH is my country. It is not cramped and there is room for everyone. In this case, Serbs are not cramped in BiH. Serbs have Republika Srpska, they have power at the BiH level, they have equality, and everything that Dodik is currently doing is typical adventurism, and he is exclusively using it to prolong his rule," said Krsmanović.

When host Amir Zukić pointed out that in the last five months, Dodik has met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić nine times, while Ivanić met him only two or three times, Krsmanović said that the Alliance for Change wants Serbia not to interfere in the RS elections.

"Cooperation, yes, but in a measured way. I would like official Belgrade not to interfere in the RS elections and not to participate in rallies. So far, that has not been the case... Vučić verbally supports the territorial integrity of BiH, and in the presence of Dodik, he does not react when he says that BiH will disintegrate," Krsmanović stated.

Member of the National Assembly of Serbia, Žarko Korać, also a guest on the show, shares some views with Krsmanović. He first said that Milorad Dodik is not popular in Serbia, but is a subject of flattery.

"Vuk Jeremić was at a pre-election rally in Banja Luka and sang and jumped with Ceca Ražnatović. All teams, including the current government, think that patriotism is confirmed by flattering Dodik. Serbia's policy has been a continuity of constantly swearing by BiH's integrity and respecting the Dayton Agreement, while at the same time remaining silent when Dodik says that RS will be an independent state," Korać stated.

Authorities in BiH constantly raise inter-ethnic tensions to maintain power through fear. Neighboring countries contribute significantly to this. Meanwhile, the country's economy is stagnating.
