(Patria) - In recent decades, Dinamo Zagreb has established itself as a club that develops and later sells top footballers across Europe. Likewise, Dinamo is known as a team whose players, along with former Dinamo players, form
the backbone of the Croatian national football team. The excellent performance of the Croatian national team at the World Cup in Qatar will bring Dinamo considerable wealth.
According to sportske.net, from November 14th, each club will earn $10,000 per day for each of its players participating in the World Cup. Dinamo has Dominik Livaković, Joško Šutalo, Mislav Oršić, and Bruno Petković at the World Cup, as well as Sadegh Moharrami who was part of Iran's squad.
This means that Dinamo earned $50,000 per day during the World Cup, so when everything is added up, the sum reaches $1.48 million from the Croatian national team players and another $180,000 for the Iranian footballer.
Dinamo will also earn an additional $330,000 for players who have played for the club in the last two years, namely Lovro Majer, Joško Gvardiol, and Kristijan Jakić. This means that Dinamo's total earnings will amount to around two million dollars.
Dinamo is certainly also counting on possible transfers of the aforementioned players. This could further fill the coffers of the Zagreb club.
